Garcia Center Space Rental

Use this form to pay for your space reservation at the Antonio E. Garcia Arts & Education Center. Before reserving here, make sure you have contacted the Garcia Center at 361-825-3600 to check that the date and time you wish to reserve is available. We will create a custom payment amount for your event in the drop-down selections within this form. 

In general, the initial reservation costs $250 for 4 hours. If you want to reserve more time, you'll be given an option to add additional hours for $50 per hour, or contact us for a custom option. You only need to pay for the time the actual event will take, not setup and take-down, but please explain your setup and take-down requirements when speaking with the Center so the appropriate total amount of time can be reserved on our schedule.

Rules and Policies:

-Alcohol will not be allowed on the premises at any time.

-Any damage to property belonging to Antonio E. Garcia Arts and Education Center will result in the payment to the Center, by the client, for the cost to replace damaged property.

-Security and insurance will be needed and are not included in the reservation cost.

-Cancellation/Return Policy: If the Garcia Center is notified 2 weeks prior to the initial event day you will receive a full refund. If the Garcia Center is notified of a cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event the Garcia Center will refund all except for $50 of your initial payment.
